These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WIKKEDRacing.com and purchases from WIKKED Racing. By using this website, creating an account, submitting a design request, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

WIKKED Racing sells custom and made-to-order motocross, enduro, club, team, and apparel products. Product colors, placement, scale, and appearance may vary slightly between digital displays, design proofs, and finished materials because of screens, printing, fabric, sizing, and manufacturing.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND SIZING

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, rider numbers, sizes, shipping information, contact details, logos, colors, and other order instructions. Customers should review the WIKKED Racing Size Charts before ordering. WIKKED Racing is not responsible for customer-provided spelling, sizing, artwork, or order-detail errors that were submitted or approved by the customer.

DESIGN PROOFS AND APPROVAL

When a digital design proof is provided, production will not begin until the required approval is received. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design, spelling, numbers, colors, logo placement, and other shown details. Changes requested after approval or after production begins may not be possible and may require an additional charge.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED LOGOS AND ARTWORK

By submitting a logo, photograph, design, trademark, sponsor mark, name, number, or other material, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to use it. The customer gives WIKKED Racing permission to use the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to review, design, manufacture, and fulfill the requested order. WIKKED Racing may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

PRICING, PAYMENT, AND DISCOUNTS

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and any disclosed charges are calculated during checkout. Full payment is required unless WIKKED Racing agrees otherwise in writing. Rider discounts, club pricing, customer promo codes, and other offers are subject to their stated rules and may not be combined unless specifically allowed. Store credit has no cash value, is not transferable unless stated, and is governed by the applicable rider-support agreement or promotion. If a pricing or product-listing error occurs, WIKKED Racing may correct the error before production and will contact the customer about available options.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Estimated production time for custom gear is normally three to four weeks after final proof approval unless a different estimate is provided. Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by design revisions, material availability, manufacturing, holidays, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside WIKKED Racing’s reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Any legally required delay notice, cancellation option, or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND DEFECTS

Because products are custom-made or made to order, cancellations may not be possible after proof approval or production begins. Returns, exchanges, manufacturing defects, and WIKKED Racing order errors are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy available on this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

CLUB AND TEAM STORES

Club and team stores may contain private access codes, organization-specific products, and exclusive pricing. Users are responsible for keeping private access information secure and using a store only as authorized. Products, pricing, availability, and access may differ by organization and may be updated as a club or team program changes.

RIDER SUPPORT AND SPONSORSHIP

Rider Support and Sponsored Rider benefits are governed by the rider’s separate written agreement. Personal rider discounts are for the approved rider unless the agreement states otherwise. Customer-facing promo codes may be shared as permitted by the program. Program eligibility, store-credit calculations, benefits, and responsibilities are determined by the applicable agreement and program rules.

ACCOUNTS AND WEBSITE USE

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity under their accounts. The website may not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful activity, interference with site operation, or infringement of another party’s rights. WIKKED Racing may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, accounts, the website, or the business.

WIKKED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The WIKKED Racing name, logos, website content, original designs, graphics, product photographs, and other WIKKED-created materials are owned by or licensed to WIKKED Racing. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without written permission. Customer-owned logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

PRODUCT USE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Motocross, enduro, BMX, and other riding activities involve inherent risks. WIKKED apparel and custom riding gear do not eliminate the risk of injury and are not a substitute for certified helmets, body armor, or other appropriate protective equipment. Customers and riders are responsible for selecting and using appropriate safety equipment and following applicable rules and safety guidance.

PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Personal information is handled under the WIKKED Racing Privacy Policy. Payments, shipping, analytics, social media, and other website functions may be provided by third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

WIKKED Racing may update these terms when business practices, products, programs, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
